At Honey Bear Homes, we offer a range of architectural design and drafting services. Tucked away in Otatara, at the bottom of the South Island, our services are available both locally and nationwide.

Our main focus is designing affordable new homes which are aesthetically pleasing and custom-designed to suit your needs, while being comfortable, durable, energy efficient and functional, with low maintenance requirements.

Our architectural drafting services are also available on a contract basis, to architectural design firms and design and build firms who would like assistance with their workload.

We can also assist with designing light commercial buildings, and residential renovation projects.

Our lead designer has completed a New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology, and is a Licensed Building Practitioner, with 8+ years of experience completing architectural plans in NZ.
